For this renowned building, the SPACiO team brought the largest Nobu Restaurant and Bar Lounge in the world to life through a meticulous, comprehensive build out plan. We also transformed 204 Nobu rooms, and renovated the Eden Roc rooms, the pool, lobby, and all common use areas. Overall, it was our task to flawlessly implement the brand’s design vision – one that merged lush, natural materials with a contemporary artistic style.
From the onset of our relationship, it was obvious that the SPACiO team was highly professional, and extensively qualified to deliver what we needed.
At The Ivy, Mint, Eden House and 400 Sunny Isles, they integrated seamlessly with our Sales Teams to serve new buyers with their build out needs. At the Ivy and Mint, Spacio also built in house design centers.
