SPACiO was the perfect partner for this project, as we called upon our high-end expertise to create these stunning residences. From floor to ceiling windows, to sleek kitchens with stone countertops and premium appliances, to bathrooms with European-imported marble and oversized showers – 321 Ocean is the ultimate in extravagant living.
Given that we would be monitoring our project’s progress from out-of-state, our primary concerns in choosing a finishing contractor were trust, quality, timeline and communication. Spacio excelled on all fronts.
We were impressed with Sheila Sperling, Director of Sales and Design, skill in communicating and coordinating all the subcontractors’ schedules.
Additionally, she collaborated with the developer to make sure that our punch list was completed without impeding Spacio progress. We received a detailed timeline and weekly update including photos or videos as needed. We really appreciated the adherence to the timeline so we could arrange travel plans for milestone walk-through visits.
Sheila was in constant communication with our on-site coordinator who was very hands-on in her supervision of the contractors. She demonstrated a dedication to quality work that was reassuring when we were not able to supervise ourselves.
