We met initially with the team in their showroom where they display samples of materials making it very convenient to make decisions on the spot. We were impressed with Sheila Sperling, Director of Sales and Design, skill in communicating and coordinating all the subcontractors’ schedules.
Additionally, she collaborated with the developer to make sure that our punch list was completed without impeding Spacio progress. We received a detailed timeline and weekly update including photos or videos as needed. We really appreciated the adherence to the timeline so we could arrange travel plans for milestone walk-through visits.
Sheila was in constant communication with our on-site coordinator who was very hands-on in her supervision of the contractors. She demonstrated a dedication to quality work that was reassuring when we were not able to supervise ourselves.
